I’m Gregor Young - product leader, digital strategist, and builder of good things with great people.
Over the last 18+ years, I’ve helped scale startups, transform legacy organisations, and bring ambitious ideas to life through product, technology, and team leadership. I’ve sat in the CPO seat, been a CEO, advised boards, and rolled up my sleeves to lead product and transformation from the inside. I’ve worked with public companies, early-stage ventures, regulators, and everything in between.
But beyond the job titles and milestones, I’m interested in one thing: how to build digital businesses that actually work—for customers, teams, and the world around them.

I’m a systems thinker by instinct, but also a builder. I like frameworks and spreadsheets, but I love momentum more. I believe good leadership is generous, honest, and rigorous. And I think humour, curiosity, and candour are underrated business tools.
These days, I work with founders, exec teams and boards as a fractional product leader, advisor, and consultant - especially where AI, product and scale intersect. I also explore, prototype, and occasionally launch ventures of my own.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me drinking too much coffee, writing bad songs, or making a quiet attempt at slowing down.
